The SVP will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic and administrative agenda for the business, with a focus on strategic planning, operational cadence, business management, and special projects. This high-impact position requires the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence, driving key initiatives, and collaborating with senior leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives, overseeing operating routines, and serving as a liaison to the Office of the CEO. Additionally, the SVP will be involved in special topics such as preparing the Head of U.S. Personal Banking for external meetings, and large-scale employee recognition events, and developing talent and employee engagement strategies.
